Thanks to brothers in metal Slaughter for Sanity, SKULLSHIFTER made their debut live performance at the Hamilton Street Cafe in Bound Brook, NJ on Saturday, July 24, 2004.
An excellent turnout of metal fans of all ages and an overwhelming positive response made this a night to remember, as SKULLSHIFTER tore the room apart with 6 tracks from their soon-to-be-recorded full-length CD Inner Demons.
Old friends and new fans combined to propel the band through a crushing, adrenaline-charged set, with standout cuts like Etched in Sand and Exploiter generating tremendous reaction from an incredibly appreciative crowd.
To everybody that came up to bandmembers Tom, CJ, Danny and J after the show with so many great things to say, you guys are the reason SKULLSHIFTER exists...our deepest thanks to each one of you! Special thanks also to Hamilton Street Cafe for being such a well-run, no-hassle venue, to the bands that gave it their all along with us, and to everyone else that came out and made the night an amazing success!
If any of you out there would like to let us know what you thought about SKULLSHIFTER's first performance, or if you have any pictures from the show you'd like to share, email them using the link below and we'll be glad to add them to this page.
